Novel Sensorless Control Method of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
摘要
Abstract
Traditional direct torque control(DTC)system has large flux and torque ripples.In order to improve the immunity from interference of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)direct torque control system and solve this problem,mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed and stator flux observer with strong immunity from interference was designed. By the measurement of the stator voltage and current,extended Kalman filter(EKF)method was used to estimate the rotor position and stator flux.Also,the solution to the choice of the EKF covariance matrices was presented.Finally,the method was simulated and tested,and the results show that the EKF observer can decrease flux and torque ripples,besides its accurate estimation of rotor position and stator flux.关键词
