Abstract
The electric mine dump truck is driven by 2 independently controlled traction motors,and it has not differential mechanism.The traditional control strategy can not realize the differential function,which will cause the decreasing of the vehicle operating efficiency and the unnecessary wear of the vehicle′s tires.Based on the kinematics analysis and dynamic analysis of the truck,combined with the characteristics of the isolated island power source,a power closed-loop control strategy of the wheel motor was proposed,which could achieve good speed performance and fuel economy,and also achieve the natural differential function.The actual vehicle test was carried out according to the strategy,and the results show its effectiveness.关键词
