摘要

Abstract

The maintenance mode of the low-voltage switchgear is planned maintenance mode,and the formulation of equipment maintenance plans is lack of theoretical support. There are two problems that are excess maintenance and insufficient maintenance,which reduce the economy of equipment maintenance. The life of low-voltage switchgear was assumed to obey the Weibull distribution. A grey estimation method was proposed,and the parameters of Weibull distribution were estimated by this method.Finally,the reliable residual life of the equipment was predicted.According to the results of life prediction,a perfect equipment maintenance plan was formulate,which not only ensured the timeliness of equipment maintenance,but also avoided unnecessary power outage maintenance, and achieved the minimum maintenance costs of equipment.
