Empirical Research on Value Creation of Supply Chain in Multilateral Cooperation——Based on the Perspective of Multilateral Cooperation between Logistics Companies and Supply Chain Members

Abstract
This research puts forward a framework to analyze logistics enterprises'value creation in multilateral cooperation, and constructs a conceptual model of the relationship among social capital accumulation, process synergy, and inter-organizational learning and supply chain value creation. This research takes logistics enterprises and the upstream and downstream enterprises that they serve as the research objects, designs questionnaires, uses SPSS and AMOS tools to test conceptual models and assumptions through factor analysis and structural equation model, and further explores the comprehensive role and the path of influence of social capital accumulation, process synergy and inter-organizational learning on value creation of supply chain in multilateral cooperation. The study shows that the process of value creation in multilateral cooperation is influenced by process synergy, inter- organizational learning and social capital accumulation at the same time. The implementation of process synergy can enhance the controllability and rapid response of the supply chain. Inter-organizational learning is the absorption, integration and utilization of knowledge in the supply chain. The accumulation of social capital is an important coordination mechanism that allows partners to deal with uncertainty through flexibility. Finally, based on the empirical results of the path of interaction among variables, the paper further explores the mechanism of information governance, knowledge governance and relationship governance to ensure the value creation of supply chain.关键词
