Xiong'an New Area and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomerations

Abstract
Though one of the three urban agglomerations in China, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has not formed a reasonable inner functional division and hierarchy system. The infrastructure between cities are not balanced and the differences of public service is obvious. There is no significant agglomeration effect. The setting up of Xiong'an New Area was for solving the long-term accumulated and deep-seated contradic-tions in the agglomeration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Xiong'an New Area is gonging to build a modern, intelligent, three-dimensional traffic system to reduce and extract the block and transaction cost of the non-capital function, dissolve the disease of big cities and expand new urban agglomeration development space. The setting up of Xiong'an New Area is also a good chance to jointly build the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collabora-tive innovation community, promote the interregional transition, cohesion and absorption of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation diffusion, and pro-mote the transformation from innovation advantages to global industrial and competitive advantages. Xiong'an New Area is gonging to build a mod-ern intelligent and ecological new city. Innovation will be the driving force for industrial transformation and upgrading. Finally, the article sug-gests that we should adhere to the innovative and green concept, deepen the reform and promote the high starting, high standard and high level development of Xiong'an New Area and build the spatial form and layout of the triangle city group of Beijing, Tianjin and Xiong'an. a world-class urban agglomeration will come into being around our capital after an open, interactive, symbiotic and networked city agglomeration is constructed by designing the appropriate layout of the three areas and gradual depolarization of core cities.关键词
