The Experience and Enlightenment of Choosing Redevelopment Mode of Urban Construction Land at Home and Abroad

Abstract
Under the situation of reducing the new construction land in our country, the redevelopment of urban construction land is regarded as a breakthrough to solve the urban problems of land deficiency and transform the ways of economic development. This study systematically summa-rizes the successful experiences of construction land redevelopment in typical cities at home and abroad from the perspective of the reasons and difficulties of model selection. Then four modes are summed: " ecological restoration plus industry upgrade"," brownfield restoration and redevel-opment"," three olds transformation" and " urban renewal". The key links of these modes are analyzed and compared. On this basis, different application conditions of different modes are analyzed. The reasons for the mode selection are traced back from 3 aspects: the redevelopment condi-tion, redevelopment motivation and redevelopment mechanism. In the end, the paper summarized the logic of mode selection, and the importance of a multi-party cooperative participation mechanism and the creation of a good feedback environment.关键词
