摘要

Abstract

A microchannel reactor for rapid and efficient synthesis of high-quality inorganic perovs-kite quantum dot(CsPbBr3) was proposed. By adjusting the concentration and flow rate of the pre-cursor solution,the fluorescence spectrum can be green to blue and the corresponding wavelength is from 515 nm to 464 nm. The CsPbBr3NCs applied with red phosphor on a blue chip achieved a lu-minous efficacy of 62.93 lm/W under 20 mA current. The high efficient white LEDs demonstrated the promising potential of CsPbX3NCs for low-cost display, lighting, and optical communication applications.
