摘要

Abstract

One dimension photonic crystal coupled microcavity structure with anisotropic left handed materials is investigated by means of the transfer matrix method. It is shown that two kinds of mini-bands are formed in the structure. One is conventional Bragg miniband, the other is zero mean re-fractive index miniband. When modulating the thickness of the cavity,two type minibands turn into two type of Wannier-Stark ladder. The transmission and period of oscillation are found to decrease with the increasing gradient factor.
