摘要

Abstract

The mature capsule of Bletilla striata was used as material for asymbiotic germination in this experiment.With MS as basal medium,effects of different sowing ways,seedling rates,storage ways,light conditions and additives on the seed germination of Bletilla striata were studied.The results showed that the best germination conditions for asymbiotic culture of Bletilla striata is with seedling rate 5 × 103 grains · mL-1 in suspended liquid,and cultured in dark conditions for the first 14 days,the germination rate of which reached 93%.Adding 10% mashed potato or coconut juice could increase the germination rate,and promote the growth of protocorrn.The seeds of Bletilla striata stored in plastics bags at 4℃ was beneficial for germination,the germination rate for which could reach 50% after 60 days.
