一种光伏组件I-V特性曲线测试及参数辨识系统
An I-V characteristic curve measurement and parameters identification system for photovoltaic modules
摘要
Abstract
In order to test the working status of photovoltaic (PV) modules more efficiently and accurately,an I-V curve scanning and parameter identification system is proposed for PV modules in this paper.The system uses the MOS power transistor as the electronic load,changes the electronic load by controlling the conduction degree of the MOS power transistor to realize the I-V characteristic curve scanning,and proposes a novel cuckoo-NM simplex hybrid algorithm to realize the fast and accurate I-V curve fitting,so as to extract accurate PV model parameters.The experimental results show that the system can quickly scan the I-V characteristic curve of PV nodules and realize accurate identification of model parameters,which has high practical engineering application value.关键词
