我国流域经济与政区经济协同发展的战略构想
Strategic of Coordinated Development between Basin Economy and Administrative Region Economy in China
摘要
Abstract
The basin economy is the most important growth pole to lead the development of China and the basic approach of achieving regional sustainable development. The coordinated development of the basin econ-omy and the regional economy has become the basic direction of China's economic pattern, and has made great achievements, but the coordinated development of the two faces many challenges. This paper puts forward the strategic of "iron triangle" and the system innovation and policy improvement direction of the coordinated devel-opment of basin economy and administrative region economy in China. The core idea is optimizing the allocation of elements to promote economic efficiency, innovating institutional mechanisms to enhance the governance effi-ciency, advancing the development of people's livelihood to improve social welfare, and then realizing the harmo-nious cooperation,fair sharing and the sustainable development of basin economy.关键词
