Configuration Performance Analysis and Research of Production Line Layout based on Processing Time of Workplace

Abstract
The type characteristics of layout configuration of the production system are presented, the series structure and parallel structure are research object, and the performance difference of the layout configuration of the production sys-tem is studied based on the different processing time distribution. The processing time is calculated according to the normal distribution with the same parts numbers. The simulation results show that the configuration performance changes when the production line in two work processing time from the normal distribution n (12, 1), the others all obey n (10, 1) change to n (12, 10). The analysis shows that the layout configuration performance shows the difference with the change of the distribu-tion of time distribution when the total number of parts and the number of parts per phase are unchanged; the processing time of workplace is an important factor to affect the performance of production system.关键词
