摘要

Abstract

Mechanical grinding of high calcium fly ash to specific surface area of 388.14 m2/kg was used as raw material.50%,high calcium fly ash,45%clinker,3%gypsum,1%Ca(OH)2and 1%J2 were used to prepare high calcium fly ash cement.Through the measurement and calculation of the strength loss rate,length variation and dry shrinkage parameters to characterize the performance of cement under the condition of different age.The results show that with the increase of age,portland cement flexural and compressive strength and frost resistance and sulfate resistance strength loss and shrinkage rate were 8.05 MPa,56.97 MPa,45.73%,36.21%,1.8×10-4%, and the cement with high calcium fly ash were 8.33 MPa,58.77 MPa,37.5%,26.7%,1.5×10-4%,are better than ordinary portland cement.It is more obvious with the growth of age.
