Structure,Glass-forming Ability and Crystallization Performance of BaO-TiO2-SiO2System
摘要
Abstract
BaO-TiO2-SiO2system glass has high refractive index, good infrared permeability and other excellent performance.In the selected composition range,we used traditional melting method to prepare glass and employed the splat-quenching method to form.The glass-forming ability, crystallization performance and structure change of BaO-TiO2-SiO2system were investigated by XRD, DSC, RAMAN and SEM.The results show that with the increase of SiO 2from 5mol% to 20mol%, the glass-forming capacity is gradually increased.When SiO2≥20mol%,we starts to obtain complete amorphous glass.If SiO2content is constant,with the increase of TiO 2,the glass transition temperature gradually increased. When the content of SiO 2is 15mol%, the content of[TiO6]increases and then decreases with the increase of TiO2.If the content of TiO2is 45mol%,Ti-O vibration peak of[TiO6]appears.When the content of TiO2is 60mol%,Ti-O vibration peak of[TiO6]disappears.If the content of TiO2is 40mol%-50mol%,[TiO4]exists.Ba2+has a destructive effect on Si-O skeleton.关键词
