摘要

Abstract

The zeolite-based adsorbents were synthesized from coal gangue in Erdos by hydrothermal synthesis.The ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency was regarded as an indicator, the effect of calcinations temperature, calcinations time, crystallization temperature, and crystallization time on the zeolite A was studied by orthogonal test method and the optimum synthesis conditions were determined. The results show that crystallization temperature is the maximal influence factor on the ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency of zeolite A,followed by the crystallization time and calcinations time,the minimum is calcinations temperature,and the optimum synthesis conditions are as follows,calcinations temperature is 750 ℃,calcinations time is 2.5 h,crystallization temperature is 95 ℃,and crystallization time is 8 h. The XRD,SEM and BET show that the zeolite A with better morphology, higher crystallinity, and it is still a good adsorbent.
