摘要

Abstract

Ultrafine particles of 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20)with different parti-cle sizes were prepared by spraying method at ambient pressure and spraying evaporation method.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were used to characterize the morphology,particle size and crystal type of the obtained samples.Kissinger's method and Zhang-Hu-Xie-Li's formula were used to calculate the thermal decomposition reaction rate and critical temperature of the CL-20 particles.The impact sensitivity of ultrafine CL-20 was tested ac-cording to Chinese standard GJB 772A—97 method.The results show that the particle sizes of CL-20 obtained by two of spraying methods are about 300 nm and 800 nm.The polymorphs of two kinds of particles areβandε.The critical temperature of thermal explo-sion of these two types of ultrafine CL-20 was 228.2 ℃ and 233.2℃.Besides,the impact sensitivity of ultrafine CL-20 was signifi-cantly reduced comparing to the raw CL-20.
