摘要

Abstract

For response time measurement of gas valve, the optical method which uses laser to illuminate plume,analyze the light intensity variation,and determine response time was proposed.The measuring test-bed of single valve was designed and applied to measure the response time of opening and shutting of gas valve.The light intensity variation was obtained and analyzed by band-pass filtering, and the response time was measured rapidly and non-intrusively.Furthermore,the measurement validity of optical method is validated by comparing with the pressure and thrust sensor conventional measurements.It provides a non-intrusive method for high dynamic characteristic measurement for gas valves
