Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil and butorphanol on analgesia after laparoscopic liver resection.Methods:A total of 64 patients underwent laparoscopic resection of liver cancer in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received sufentanil and butorphanol,and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of dexmedetomidine.The levels of substance P (SP),dopamine (DA),norepinephrine (NE) and neuropeptide (NPY) as well as the VAS score and Ramsay score at 4 h,24 h and 48 h after operation were compared.Results:The analgesic satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The levels of SP,DA,NE and NPY in both groups were significantly increased after treatment,but the SP,DA,NE and NPY levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The VAS score and Ramsay score were decreased after operation inboth groups,and VAS score and Ramsay score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil and butorphanol has a significant postoperative analgesic effect on liver cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic resection.This combination could reduce the levels of early postoperative pain mediators.关键词
