摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of N-acetylcysteine(NAC) as adjuvant therapy on serum procalcitonin(PCT) and prealbumin(PA) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods A total of 200 patients with AECOPD were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,and the observation group was given NAC as adjuvant therapy on the basis of conventional therapy.The levels of serum PCT and PA and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The level of serum PCT decreased and the PA level increased in both groups after treatment compared to the levels before treatment(all P<0.05), and the improvement of the two indicators in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant therapy of NAC can improve the serum levels of PCT and PA and optimize the efficacy in the treatment of patients with AECOPD.关键词
