非医疗技术服务影响因素及其改善对策
Influencing factors and improvement countermeasures of non-medical technical services

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors and its improvement countermeasures of non-medical technical services. Methods Literature analysis and expert interviews were adopted to design the questionnaire on the influencing factors of non-medical technical services;convenient sampling method to conduct the questionnaire survey among doctors and patients;frequency analysis and gray correlation analysis to define the influencing factors and their rankings of non-medical technical services;and logistic regression model to determine the influencing factors of non-medical technical services.Results The results of frequency distribution and gray correlation analysis showed that the top three factors affecting non-medical technical services were doctors′working ethics,doctors′strictly sticking to the rules of diagnosis and treatment and the medication guidelines,and doctors′sense of service.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that doctor′s identity was the influencing factor of doctors′working ethics,doctors′sense of service,doctors′awareness of medical responsibility,and doctors′attitude to patients(P<0.05),age was the influencing factor of doctors′strictly implementing the regulations of medical services and medicine price policy(P<0.05),education was the influencing factor of doctors′attention to the communication and exchange with patients as well as not to discriminate against patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Doctors attach great importance to the influencing factors of non-medical technical services,but medical institutions still need to further improve the level of non-medical services,raise the awareness of non-medical technical services of elder doctors with lower education level,optimize non-medical technical services in all aspects,and improve hospital environment for doctors and patients.关键词
