基于离差最大化的组合评价模型对产业技术创新评价的应用研究

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of nonconformity in the evaluation of industrial technology innovation capability by different evaluation methods, this paper uses entropy method, set pair analysis method, gray correlation method and weighted TOPSIS method to evaluate the technology innovation capability of high-tech industry respectively, and the maximizing deviations e-valuation model is established by the method which conforms to the consistency test.It provides a more reasonable evaluation angle for industrial technology innovation capability.Empirical study shows that combination evaluation model overcomes the nonconformi-ty of different evaluation methods results, it fully reflects the importance of each evaluation method, and the evaluation results ob-jectively reflect the level of technological innovation capability of high-tech industry.关键词
