Abstract

A method for the determination of 17 organophosphorus pesticides in cereals and fruit-vegetables by GC was presented in this article. Depending on the characteristics of different samples, different pretreatment methods were chosen. On the premise of adequate extraction, the analysis method of 17 organophosphorus pesticides by GC was successfully established, which avoided the interference of adjacent peaks through temperature programming and grouping determination. In this method, the quantity of the organophosphorus pesticides was determined by external standard method. The results showed that in different samples, the linear relationship was good, and correlation coefficients were over 0.997 in the concentration from 0.01 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L. The mean recoveries of three spiked concentration in blank sample varied from 80.0% to 116.7%, and the relative standard deviation was under 8.48%. Limits of detection (LOD) in fruit-vegetables and cereals varied from 0.055 9 μg/Kg to 0.589 μg/Kg and 0.054 7 μg/Kg to 0.592 μg/Kg, respectively. The whole inspection process could be completed within an hour. The method was fast and efficient, and its sensitivity, accuracy and precision could meet the needs of organophosphorus pesticides analysis actually .
