摘要

Abstract

The content of Pb、Cd、Cr in the rice was determined by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared in terms of accuracy, precision. The experimental results showed that the two methods could meet the analysis requirements. However the results of ICP-MS method was closer to the real value of the sample and the operation was more convenient.
