Abstract
To establish a qualitative and quantitative method of β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium. Use infrared absorption spectroscopy to determine qualitatively β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium, characteristic absorption peaks of which are 2969 cm-1, 1551 cm-1, 1405 cm-1, 1254cm-1and 1195 cm-1. Use AAS to detemine quantitatively the calcium content of β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium, the recovery of which is 93.0%. Use HPLC to determine quantitatively the β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium content of β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium, the recovery of which is 99.0%. The method is simple and accurate and is suitable for determination of β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium.关键词
