摘要

Abstract

A solid phase extraction (SPE) method for the determination of four barbiturates such as barbiturate, phenobarbital, isopentobarbital and sparkobarbital (Sparbital) in blood was established. The acid, neutral and alkaline extraction conditions were studied and several different solid phase extraction columns were selected. The results showed that the pH=4 acid extraction condition and HLB solid phase extraction column was better. The minimum detection limit of of the four barbiturates was barbiturate (5 ng/mL), phenobarbital (10 ng/mL), isopentobarbital (2 ng/mL), secobarbital (5 ng/mL), and the linear range was 10~250 ng/mL. The method was simple and easy to operate, and the recovery rate was high, which provided a reference for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the blood barbiturates.
