某供弹系统高速传动机构磨损机理分析与预测模型
Analysis and Prediction Model of Wear Mechanism for High Speed Transmission Mechanism of a Missile System
摘要
Abstract
With a high-speed transmission mechanism for playing system as the research obj ect,based on the wear reliability theory,the concept of wear reliability and its influencing factors were given,and the failure criterion of wear was clarified.The finite element software was used to analyze the force distribu-tion of high-speed transmission mechanism to find out the weak parts through the concentration.By a-dopting uniform design method,the factors that influence wear prediction model are determined as mate-rial surface hardness,load and sliding speed.The experimental data were analyzed by stepwise regres-sion method,and the factors that influence wear prediction model were determined.The mathematical model of wear prediction was constructed by using least square method.The accuracy of the prediction model is high,which lays the foundation for prediction of wear reliability and life span.关键词
