交联壳聚糖季铵盐薄膜的表征与性能
Characterization and Properties of Cross-linked Chitosan Quaternary Ammonium Salt Film

Abstract
An antibacterial cross-linked chitosan quaternary ammonium salt was prepared using epichlo-rohydrin as cross-linking agent and reacting with chitosan quaternary ammonium salt by chemical cross-linking and solution casting method.ATR-FTIR,1H NMR,SEM,equilibrium swelling method,plate count method and broth microdilution method were applied to analysis the structure,morphology,water stability and antimicrobial activity of cross-linked chitosan quaternary ammonium salt film.The results show that the amount of cross-linking agent is proportional to the cross-linking degree of the film.Com-pare with the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt film,cross-linked chitosan quaternary ammonium salt films only swell and not dissolve in water.And it maintains excellent antibacterial activity against E.co-li,S.aureus and P.and aeruginosa,the minimum inhibitory concentrations are 320,2 560 and 160 μg/mL,respectively.Prepared cross-linked chitosan quaternary ammonium salt can be used as anti-bacterial coating,filter membrane and drug delivery carrier,which can be applied in food packaging, water treatment,pharmaceutical and other fields.关键词
