摘要
Abstract
The connecting rod bushing is an important part of the diesel engine and its working environ-ment is very bad,so it is required to have good mechanical properties of the connecting rod bushing.The connecting rod bushings made by the power spinning process are usually subj ected to heat treatment in order to eliminate residual stresses,but heat treatment will have an impact on its mechanical properties. Selecting spinning parameters of the thinning rate,feed ratio and the first round of thinning,taking the tensile strength and elongation of the cylindrical part as the evaluation index,designing single factor test to study the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of cylindrical parts firstly.And then under the condition of the thinning rate of 35 %,feed ratio of 0.6 mm/r and the first round of reduction of 0.5t mm,study the effects of temperature of heat treatment and holding time on the mechanical prop-erties of the cylindrical parts.Come to a conclusion:heat treatment can reduce the tensile strength of cylindrical parts,and to improve its elongation;as the temperature of heart treatment and the holding time increasing,the tensile strength of the cylindrical decline and the elongation increase.关键词
