Design of pneumatic system of automatic assemble machine for motorcycle one-way clutch

Abstract
The parts of motorcycle one-way clutch have to be assembled manually by workers in the factory,and it has low efficiency and is difficult to conduct assembly process control for manual assembly product due to its random products assembly process.A new type of automatic assemble machine for motorcycle one-way clutch typically is designed to reduce the difficulties of parts detection and enhance production automation level.The mechanical structure of the machine's feeding system,assembly system,detection system and blanking system are described with emphasis on the designing principles of the pneumatic sys-tem,and the experimental study is conducted.The result shows that five kinds of parts can be assembled together by the machine,and in the same time,the utility model lightens worker's labor intensity and enhances the productivity by about 50%. The pneumatic system has low noise and its operation is reliable,showing that it can be used in mass production of motorcycle one-way clutch.The research results can provide reference for other similar development of special shaped components auto-matic assemble machine.关键词
