知母饮片、水煎剂和配方颗粒HPLC指纹图谱相关性研究
Correlation of fingerprint of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma pieces,water decoction and formula granules by HPLC

Abstract
In order to investigate the difference of chemical constituents between Anemarrhenae Rhizoma pieces,water decoc-tion and formula granules,the correlation of the fingerprints of the three different forms is studied by HPLC.The Inertsil ODS-3 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)is adopted with acetonitrile-0.1% glacial acetic acid solution as the mobile phase for conducting the gradient elution.The column temperature is 30 oC and the detecting wavelength is 265 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The acquisition time is 100 min.The characteristic spectra from 10 batches of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma pieces,10 bat-ches of water decoction and 10 batches of formula granules are established respectively.The results show that 9 characteristic peaks in the HPLC characteristic spectra from 10 batches of formula granules could be tracked in the pieces and water decoc-tion,moreover the similarity is more than 0.95.In 9 common peaks,mangiferin is verified.The main chemical components of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma pieces,water decoction and formula granules are basically the same.The fingerprint method established in this study is repeatable and stable,and can be used for quality control of the production process of pieces and formula granules.关键词
