葛根水煎剂和配方颗粒HPLC指纹图谱相关性研究
Correlation of fingerprint of puerariae water decoction and formula granules by HPLC

Abstract
In order to explain the consistency between puerariae formula granules and water decoction and the feasibility of puerariae formula granule replacing traditional decoction,the correlation of fingerprint of puerariae water decoction and formula granules is studied by HPLC.The gradient elution is carried out on a XAqua C18250 mm × 4.6 mm ~5 μm column with methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid solution as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength is 250 nm,the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature is 25 ℃,and the collection time is 41 min.The fingerprint of 10 batches of puerariae water decoction and 10 batches of formula granules are established.The 8 characteristic peaks of the HPLC characteristic map of 10 batches puerariae formula granules can be traced in the decoction,and the similarity is greater than 0.9 9.In the 8 common peaks,puerarin is verified.The main chemical components of radix puerariae water decoction and formula granules are almost the same.Besides,the common component contents have near proportion,providing an important basis for the feasibility and clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules instead of conventional pieces.关键词
