玉米子粒灌浆突变体候选基因的精细定位
Fine mapping of the candidate gene of grain filling mutant in maize
摘要
Abstract
A natural mutant M 72 was found by Henan Agricultural University maize biological technology team during maize breeding,which has weak grain filling performance,endosperm with little starch accumulation,low seedling rate,weak seedling vigor,and a period of duration prolonged 8~10 days.The kernels on the F1 ear of M 72 crossed with B 73 are normal,and the kernels on F2 and BC1 ears show typical Mandel segregation ratio,which was controlled by a single recessive gene,and was then named emp20.The candidate gene of emp20 was mapped on bin2.04 of chromosome 2 between SSR markers umc1485 and umc2252 using BSA method.By developing new SSR markers and recombinants selection in a BC1 population with 32 thousands individuals,the candidate gene was finely mapped between markers 12.22-63 and 8306 with physical distance of 135.6 kb.Three protein coding genes are included in this interval according to the B 73 reference sequence.关键词
