60Co-γ辐射对海州常山插穗生长及生理特性的影响
Effects of 60Co-γradiation on cutting growth and physiological indexes of Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb

Abstract
In order to lay the foundation for breeding of Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb,the 60Co-γ ray under different irradiation doses (15,25,35,45 Gy) was used to exlpore the rooting growth and physiological effects of irradiation stress on one-year-old dormant shoots of Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb.The results showed that the rooting rates,the number and total length of roots were reduced as the cuttings were treated with different dosages of radiation.The rooting rate of treatment with 45Gy was the lowest,and its rooting process was delayed for 60 days compared to the control.During the rooting process,a similar change trend of MDA contents was observed among different treatments,and its content was higher than that of the CK;the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the cuttings showed flnctuations of decreasing,increasing,decreasing,respectively.The soluble protein and soluble sugar contents under radiation treatment were higher than those of the CK.Peroxidase (POD) activities showed the trend of increasing first and then declining;Polyphenoloxidase (PPO) and indoleacetic acid oxidase(IAAO) activities presented the trend of rising-decreasing-rising;The activities of POD and PPO were generally higher than those of the CK in each treatment,but IAAO activities decreased.With the increasing of 60Co-γ radiation dosage,contents of MDA and soluble sugar,POD activities increased.The soluble sugar contents,PPO activities,IAAO activities tended to rise,then fall with the increase of dosage.Different radiation dosages will increase the content of nutrients in the cuttings and promote root-related enzyme activities,but MDA content increases,the cell membrane system is damaged,and the rooting process is delayed.关键词
