摘要

Abstract

Based on the objective analysis of safety management of equipment development,this model divides the safety management into 5 maturity levels. This thesis determines the relative weight by the combination method of expert scoring and the principal of difference motivation. On this basis, cloud model for 5 levels is constructed by means of simulation. The results obtain from the application of this method to the maturity evaluation of safety management of equipment development indicates that this method is feasible and effective.
