特型碗扣式模板支架剪刀撑与斜撑受力性能试验研究

Abstract
In order to study the mechanical behaviors of the scissor braces and the braces under the flanges of the template braces,Taking the special-shaped bowl-scaffold template brackets of Zhengzhou Sanhuan Fasten-ing Project as the test object.The monitoring and analysis of the internal force of the scissor braces and braces of the stent were conducted to study the internal force changes.The results show that during the entire pouring process of the box girder,the entire process of the scissor support and the diagonal support is mainly under pressure.Along the longitudinal axis of the box girder,there is no significant difference in the internal forces of the braces of the brackets below the box below the end beams.The axial force of the scissor support in the same span basically shows that the upper part is larger than the lower part,and the axial force of the scissor support in the same step distance basically shows that the edge is larger than the inner part.Flange bracing ax-ial force showed more than lateral medial side.It is suggested that during the actual construction,the lateral support and other measures shall be taken to increase the stable bearing capacity of the upper scissor stay and the diagonal bracing on the outer side of the bracket.关键词
