现浇箱梁翼缘下模板支架受力性能试验研究
Experimental study on mechanical behavior of lower formwork braces of cast-in-place box girders

Abstract
In order to make the formwork support design of cast-in-site reinforced concrete box girders safer and more economical,a field test was carried out based on an example project of an overpass in Zhengzhou city. The measured value and the design value were compared and analyzed,and the bowl-shaped formwork support was studied in concrete.Pouring performance of poles and braces during pouring.The test results show that the bracing and the scissor bracing are not only the structural measures to ensure the overall stability of the stent,but also the internal force of the stent structure has undergone a significant redistribution;compared with the box girder web,the bracing near the edge of the flange is less deformed and the flange.The bottom bracket is partially distorted,causing part of the diagonal bar to pull;the bearing capacity of the bracing below the flange is much higher than other bars in the bracket,and the maximum value is up to 85%;the box girder should be uniform and symmetrical when pouring concrete.,so that the stent balanced force.关键词
