陶粒多孔材料吸声性能的影响试验研究
Experimental study on effect of porous materials on sound absorption

Abstract
Ceramsite is widely used as a green environmental protection material in sound-absorbing materials. The use of ceramic particles as aggregate and cement base for making porous sound-absorbing materials can be used for noise reduction.In this paper,the sound absorption performance of the material is measured by the density of the material,the type and size of the aggregate,and the fiber content.The results show that the porous material produced by the ceramic particles with a small particle size(0.6~3 mm)has a low frequency of 500 for acoustic frequencies.The sound absorption performance is best near 600 Hz at high frequencies a-round 1600 Hz,while the sound absorption materials produced by large grain sizes(3.1 ~8 mm)are near 250~300 Hz and 1 250 Hz at high frequencies for acoustic frequencies.The best sound absorption perform-ance;different frequencies at different frequencies of the best sound absorption properties of the material;in the high-frequency area of fiber blending 0.4% sound absorption performance is better.关键词
