Discussion on TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome is attributed to the TCM late menstruation, amenorrhea, metrorrhagia, menostaxis, infertility, abdominal mass and other disease category. It is believed that the disharmony of kidney-liver-spleen is the origin of the disease, and the phlegm dampness stagnation is the subordination of the disease. In clinical syndrome differentiation, it is necessary to focus on the period, color, quantity and quality of menstruation as well as the somatotype of patients. In addition to the syndrome differentiation and combination of disease and syndrome, the treatment should consider the patient demands of pregnancy in particular. At the same time, it is important to adjust medication according to patients' different menstrual period, later period, interval period and premenstrual period stages.关键词
