Abstract
In order to study the impact of ultra-high-speed convergent drive parameters on the shapes of hypervelocity debris, we take the six main dimensions of the truncated body and the trichrome as the optimization objects, and the mass quality and the speed of the hypervelocity debris as the indicators, to construct a simulation scheme using the he orthogonal design method. The nonlinear explicit dynamics software AUTODYN is applied to simulate the formation of hypervelocity debris, with the simulation results optimized with parameter analyses. It is shown that the major influential factors on the forming speed of the chips are, in descending order, the cone angle of the trichrome, the thickness of the truncated hole, and the thickness of the trochanter; while those on the mass of the chip are the trochanter angle, the thickness of the trochanter, and the truncated hole thickness. In the end, a hypervelocity debris sample with a speed of 11.2 km/s and a mass of 1.452 g is obtained according to the optimal design.关键词
