基于FLUENT的板翅式换热器平直翅片数值模拟
Numerical simulation of plain fins in plate-fin heat exchanger based on FLUENT

Abstract
In order to compare the heat transfer performance of different plain fins in plate-fin heat exchanger,the surface heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics of air in triangular and rectangular fin with different structural parameters were investigated by CFD software FLUENT numerical simulation method.The investigation appeared the effect of the velocity of fluid in the two different shapes of structural parameters of fins with the fin surface colburn factor and the fin surface friction factor.And the distribution of the parameters in the fins was analyzed by CFD-Post.It is found that,in all fins,the fin surface colburn factor and the fin surface friction factor decrease with the increase of velocity.In the triangular fin,the fin surface friction factor is symmetrically evenly decreasing from the top of the fin to the two bottoms of the fin;in the two bottoms of the fin near the edge the distribution is the smallest.In the rectangular fin,the fin surface friction factor is evenly distributed in the middle of the fin,at the ends of the fin suddenly become smaller near the edge.关键词
