摘要

Abstract

To study the thermal reaction law of thermal stimulation intensity on the cook-off test of DNAN based castable explosive,the cook-off tests of the explosive were carried out at three different heating rates of 0.055,1.0 and 2.0 K/min by using self-designed cook-off test apparatus and taking multipoint temperature measuring method.The calculation model of cook-off for the explosive was established and the response situations of cook-off at six heating rates of 0.055,0.5,1.0, 2.0,3.0 and 5.0 K/min were simulated and calculated,respectively.The results show that the heating rate has a greater influence on the phase change temperature,response temperature and ignition position of the DNAN based castable explo-sive.When the heating rate is 0.055 K/min,the temperature occurring the phase transition and response of explosive is lower,the ignition area is located in the center of the grain.When the heating rate is 5.0 K/min,the temperature occur-ring the phase transition and response of explosive is higher,and the ignition area is located in the annular area of the upper and lower ends of the grain.With the increase of the heating rate,the response temperature of the explosive increases con-stantly and the phase change temperature of the explosive increases logarithmically.
