Abstract
Trastuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets at human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her2)proto-oncogenes,which can act on Her2 over-expression of tumor cells,inhibits tumor cells proliferation, differentiation,migration and other physiological activities,reduces the risk of tumor metastasis and extend the sur-vival time of patients.关键词
