基于现代文献的冠心病中医病因病机概念研究
Study on the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease based on modern literature
摘要
Abstract
This paper makes a systematic investigation on the academic achievements of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease since the founding of the people's Republic of China, analyzes the new concepts, new theories, new propositions, induces and extracts the core concepts, and constructs the core concepts logically. To form the concept system of etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. Blood stasis runs through the development of coronary heart disease.Qi deficiency,qi stagnation,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,blood deficiency and blood stasis can lead to blood stasis.Blood stasis can affect the operation and formation of qi and blood,which leads to yin deficiency,yang deficiency,blood deficiency.And it will also lead to stagnation of qi,blood stasis, phlegm. In the early stage of coronary heart disease, phlegm obstructing the choroid is the main pathogenesis. In the middle and late stages, phlegm and static blood binding together is the main pathogenesis. In severe coronary heart disease, pathogenic heat and endogenous collateral wind are important pathogenesis, the heat can be endogenous, also can be external evil invasion.Overabundance of pathogenic heat can turn to interior wind,deficiency of qi and blood can leads to virtual wind too.关键词
