Treatment of lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural eff usion by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Longkui Tingli decoction combined with cisplatin intrathoracic perfusion chemotherapy on cellular immune function of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion. Methods Selected 66 cases of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural eff usion treated in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016. All the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 33 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with Longkui Tingli decoction combined with cisplatin intrathoracic perfusion chemotherapy, the control group only received cisplatin Intrapleural Perfusion Chemotherapy, treatment for 3 weeks, compared the clinical curative effect, cellular immune function of two groups of patients after treatment and the adverse reaction incidence condition. Results After treatment, CD3, CD4, CD8 positive percentage of T cells of the observation group were increased significantly than before treatment (P < 0.001) after treatment, indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The objective effective rate of the observation group was 84.85%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (42.42%) (P = 0.001). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.12%, which was lower than that in the control group (48.48%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.338). Conclusion The clinical efficiency of Longkui Tingli decoction combined with cisplatin intrathoracic perfusion chemotherapy on cellular immune function of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural eff usion was higher, the cellular immune function was increased after treatment, and the incidence of chemotherapy adverse reaction was decreased.关键词
