疏肝解郁汤治疗冠心病并发抑郁
Shugan Jieyu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Shugan Jieyu decoction on clinical effect,blood lipid and CRP in coronary heart disease patients with depression. Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients with depression were randomly selected in our hospital. According to the preparation methods, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. All patients were given conventional coronary heart disease treatment,while the experimental group was given Shugan Jieyu decoction on the basis of routine treatment. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). Treatment after 10 weeks, the efficacy of coronary heart disease and depression in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, there difference was significant (P<0.05). The C-reactive protein in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), but the total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein in the two groups were no significantly difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu decoction in the treatment coronary heart disease patients with depression can significantly reduce the level of blood lipid and C-reactive protein.关键词
