温胆汤加减治疗奥氮平所致代谢综合征
Wendan decoction in the treatment of on metabolic syndrome induced by olanzapine
摘要
Abstract
Objectives To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wendan decoction on metabolic syndrome induced by olanzapine. Methods 100 schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was received olanzapine treatment, while the treatmentgroup was received olanzapine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wendan decoction.The data on the changes like abdominal circumference, BMI, blood lipids, blood glucose were collected for statistical analysis in every month during 3 months study. Results After treatment, the control group BMI was significantly higher after treatment (P<0.05); The control group high density lipoprotein decreased significantly (P< 0.01). Comparison between the two groups, the fasting blood glucose, 2h blood glucose, postprandial serum insulin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, body weight, waist circumference, waist hip ratio and BMI value had significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Compared with single olanzapine treatment,Wendan decoction combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophreniacan reduce the incidence of metabolic syndrome.关键词
