梓醇对糖尿病心肌病大鼠心功能及心肌组织TGF-β1表达的影响
Effect of Catalpa on cardiac function and cardiac tissue of diabetic cardiomyopathy rats
摘要
Abstract
Objectives To explore the effect of Catalpa on cardiac function and TGF-β1expression of diabetic cardiomyopathy rats. Methods A rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by intraperitoneal injection of high glucose and high fat diet combined with low dose streptozotocin solution. 60 diabetic rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, control group, Catalpa high, medium and low dose groups. There were 12 rats in each group and 10 in normal group. Normal group and model group were treated with 5 mL/kg·d distilled water, control group were treated with 90 mg/kg·d metformin solution. Catalpa high, middle and low groups were treated by intragastric administration of 10 mg/kg·d, 5mg/kg·d and 2.5mg/kg·d. After 12 weeks of gavage, echocardiography was performed to measure the ratio of E/A and E/E', and detect theTGF-β1by immunohistochemical staining. Results Each intervention group could improve E/A and E/E' of the cardiac function of rats, especially the high dose group had the best effect, the decrease of TGF-β1in each group was different, and the high dose group was better than other groups. Conclusions Catalpol can improve cardiac diastolic function and delay the development of myocardial fibrosis.关键词
