葛根芩连汤方证要义与合方应用
Significance of prescriptions and symptoms of Gegen Qinlian decoction and its application
摘要
Abstract
Gegen Qinlian decoction,a classic decoction in traditional Chinese medicine,is wildly used clinically for its reasonable composition and precise curative effect. Based on article 34 of the Treatise on Cold Damage , it is hard to say whether Gegen Qinlian decoction was able to treat exterior syndrome.As opinions vary,no unanimous conclusion can be drawn. Although this decoction is famous for its effect to treat relieving exterior-interior syndrome, people believe it is preferable to treat internal heat syndrome after analyzing classic literature and theoretical evidence, especially heat diarrhea combined with exterior syndrome. Actually, fi ne curative effect could also be observed treat heat diarrhea without exterior syndrome.Therefore,the core symptoms of Gegen Qinlian decoction is heat diarrhea, so called large intestine damp-heat, no matter whether exterior syndrome exists. In the meanwhile, this article refers to application of Gegen Qinlian decoction and its combined decoction in four typical diseases, including chronic enteritis, haemorrhoids, ulcerative colitis and diabetes, and aims to evaluate the clinical application and benefit of Gegen Qinlian decoction.关键词
