磁圆梅针联合中药熏蒸治疗肩手综合征
Magnetic round plum needle combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of magnetic round plum needle combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome. Methods Selected 90 patients with encephalopathy in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017. According to the 1:1 ratio, 90 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment according to conventional rehabilitation therapy, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with magnetic round plum needle and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The data of the two groups were compared, the VAS score and the sports function score were compared. Results The control group and the experimental group after treatment, VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment (P< 0.01), and after treatment VAS score difference were (4.1±1.55), significantly greater than the control group in the VAS score (2.4±1.60) (P< 0.01). Two groups of stroke patients after exercise the function score after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment (P< 0.01), and after treatment the test group of patients with motor function score was (21.01±1.55), motor function score is significantly higher than the control group (12.14±1.60) points (P<0.01). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment and routine rehabilitation training, the combination of magnetic acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively relieve the shoulder hand syndrome after stroke, and relieve the pressure and pain of patients.关键词
