焦氏头针对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能障碍的影响
Effect of Jiao's scalp acupuncture on motor dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Jiao's scalp acupuncture intervention on motor dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 108 patients with motor dysfunction after ischemic stroke were enrolled in our hospital from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016. The subjects were selected as subjects. All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 54 cases.In the control group, stroke patients were treated with conventional rehabilitation, while the observation group was treated with Jiao's scalp acupuncture and conventional rehabilitation. The follow-up period was 12 months. The MBI score, FMA score and RMS value were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The scores of FMA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 4 weeks and 12 weeks (P<0.05). The scores of MBI in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 4 weeks and 12 weeks (P<0.05). The RMS value of electromyography of the anterior tibialis and gastrocnemius muscle of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the improvement of the observation group was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Jiao's scalp acupuncture can improve the motor dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke and improve the self-care ability of daily life, and it has certain superiority compared with simple rehabilitation training.关键词
